The Technology Support Center assists all members of the University with their technology questions and requests.
Duo Self Service: Duo MFA functionality will not automatically transfer to your new phone, so you need to re-enroll your new device. To re-enroll your new device (with the same phone number), visit duo.scranton.edu.
- We offer specialized 24x7 support for students/faculty in the following online programs: Accountancy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Cybercrime Investigation and Cybersecurity, Finance, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Human Resource Management, and Speech-Language Pathology please call 570-941-2433 (AIDE).
